     also the best video on this topic was AA's video "the Cultural Cold War" from earlier this year that goes into the extent to which CIA set up the political and cultural systems of Europe after 1945. the entire meme of "social democracy" was created by them as a way of capturing the left in a non-communist direction because they knew USSR could politically out-compete them in terms of left-wingery. he talks about them flying jazz musicians into the bombed out ruins of Germany to perform for people. also George Orwell knew that they were doing all this and that's where 1984 came from.
