     @mmasnick @michaelgemar Yeah, I’m confused by that take. That piece was no revocation of his “law.” It was a brilliant affirmation of why he felt it was needed in the first place. There’s a time and place for intellectual and political hyperbole in our discourse. But this ain’t it.
