     @Marshall Sutherland (Posting with Hubzilla) that's a very good observation and I concur, by releasing all that heat into the atmosphere, the source of that volcano has indeed cooled off. Try explaining that to a climate change zealot.

     In the big picture, it looks like global cooling to me, as all that heat is no longer trapped inside the earth.
