     Bosses exploit labor for profit. Workers should collectively own and manage production and eliminate the need for bosses, dismantle class divisions, and through this, empower the working class. All individuals are entitled to the full fruits of their labor in a cooperative and non-exploitative system where wealth and resources are distributed equitably among the working class. Reject capitalism and its hierarchical nature.
