@evan I need the “it has nothing to do with number of ppl on the call” option.

Brendan Jones (brendanjones@fosstodon.org)'s status on Thursday, 21-Dec-2023 23:47:15 JST Brendan Jones @bignose @evan @johannab hmm, I'd agree for the most part but I'd say *how* I do it and what I'm working on while multitasking does depend on the meeting size. This is maybe a function of working in teams where it's perfectly acceptable to say "I don't need to be here" and leave the meeting. So if I'm in a meeting of up to 10 people then I'm there for a reason, and I'd consider it rude or simply unproductive to stay in the meeting if I really have better things to do.

bignose (bignose@sw-development-is.social)'s status on Thursday, 21-Dec-2023 23:47:16 JST bignose @evan Just as @johannab said, it doesn't (for me) depend on how many people are in the meeting.
If it's not something I need to pay attention to then (a) it shouldn't really include me, but often that's not for me to decide, and (b) I'm multi tasking.
If it's something I need to pay attention to, I will.
Doesn't have anything to do with number of people in the meeting, AFAICT.

... yeah. It depends :p
