@Rogue Runner that brought a smile to my face because it was funny because it was so true. As for the civil war, perhaps, I'd prefer if we just all separated or formed like minded liaisons or just scaled down the power and expense of the federal government.
Colorado's move isn't serious, since it is a decision made by a court and not the state's legislature. As it stands, I think that the uniparty despite their protests, are all, privately in favor of the spirit of the court's decision. Also, the republican establishment in Colorado, are considering changing their primary system into a caucus, which would render the court's decision mute. However, either way this turns out, we should all be vigilantly alert and be prepared for all contingencies. Oh, those embers you mentioned, they're a raging controlled blast, right about now.

@Rogue Runner I get that and I understand and agree with you. However, judges don't make law, just yet. The ruling is intended to rile us up but it shouldn't. Like I said we can take Colorado seriously, only if their state legislature makes a law which parallels the one that the kangaroo court did.
You're right of course, they've been thumbing their noses at our republic for over a century now trying to tell us the very thing which you've concluded, that we don't matter. However, if that were true they wouldn't be as desperate, as they're showing. All they're telling everyone, is that the only way, that Trump doesn't win, is if they keep him off ballots and he doesn't run. I'm sure that's not the message they wanted to get out, but it did. Cheer up pal, rejoice and even though it may not seem that way, time and the Lord, is on our side. I almost said, may the force be with you. Indeed.

@techriot Posting with Hubzilla - According to this ruling the Republic does not belong to the people. I missed the ruling and guilty verdict of Insurrection charges brought to Trump. What happened to innocent until proven guilty ! This is Banana Republic style, and they would love to start another J6. Watch for FBI undercover provocateur agents swarming the court house and tossing bricks (that just so happen to be on pallets nearby) through windows wearing maga hats. They are throwing matches at the powder keg at this point.

@Rogue Runner just remember in the civil war, there will be no store with goods, we'll most likely be sleeping in the cold there will be no notions of being safe and no supermarkets to buy food. It's best to reach that frame of reference before diving in the cold, dark, deep end. At least, in doing so, one will be ready for the challenges and know, some of what, to expect.

@Rogue Runner I don't think I was throwing anything. I'm just reinforcing the attitude, that may be required in civil wars, indeed all wars, It's merely a heads up for all of us. I constantly reinforce it in my daily life, always. Indeed, only few of us ever want, or are interested in war, however, there are signs which indicate its imminent arrival and the prepared man, must and will act accordingly.
Your view of the force of light, spirit and soul is indeed, an intricate and crucial ingredient, that may indeed, preserve life, everlasting. It's that kind of force and light, that will show the way, out of all the chaos, confusion, darkness and deceptions of our time.

Well i hope you are pointing those remarks at the people throwing matches at the powder keg. The very same people who want to distract you from seeing the man behind the curtain, or the people on the Epstein flight list.
I have no interest in civil war, or any war for that matter... and we don't need civil war to have the outcomes you mentioned anyway. Those outcomes are already in the planning and inevitable once the collapse of the dollar comes around.
The force i refer to is the force of light, spirit and soul.
