   @KillerMule @HiroProtagonist @Genen hopefully. If federal supreme court rules against Trump it will legitimise taking him off the ballot in every state. Whether it's warranted or not.

     @KillerMule @HiroProtagonist @Genen the problem with court rulings like this is there is always a chance it will go in a wildly different direction to what seems to be the obvious answer. Because the judge is focused on hyper specifics and interpretation of vague poorly written case law.
