#WritersCoffeeClub #writing 19: If you could remove one rule of grammar, which would you choose?

genders for nouns, for sure! most indian languages (and all oher languages that birthed from the loins of the PIE language) insist on specifying genders to inanimate objects. why? for what reason?

take DE: Der Rock (the skirt) is masculine and Die Hose (the trouser) is feminine. 🤷

and while we are at it, let's abolish capital letters altogether. (again, DE: why capitalise *every* noun?!)
