     @romin yeah it could just be the instance actor.
     
     my feeling is that a system can have ephemerality but be vulnerable to scrapers (all "ephemeral" systems) but in a distributed system not even in the normal case will it work because you can't rely on remote nodes to honor deletes or work, or be online etc.
