     @Moon Activitypub is not distributed because it relies on DNS which is highly centralized and regularly used for censorship purposes. At the end of the day, "Mastodon" isn't much more hardened against censorship than kiwifarms dot net.

     @rheaplex @caekislove all I meant is that kiwifarms can change its domain name or move to tor and retain 100% functionality, while this will totally break a fediverse server's functionality, I don't care about KF at all
