So, how hard is it to create a little Android app? I just want to define "daily goals", the user can click on every goal stating they have reached the goal today, and a counter then counts predefined XP for the day.

Also, a description of the goals and a history of the recent days + XP reached every day should be included. Nothing much more, really. No fancy graphics needed.

Where would I start without programming skills? What about this thing called Apache cordova? How much time would I need to spend? Also, I want to avoid Google.
