   Idly think it could be fun to have a tech newsletter that was actually physically mailed out and possibility produced on esoteric or vintage hardware. Would probably require subscribers to pay to receive since international letters cost AU$2.70–4.30.

     @wezm the problem with old-timey zines is that the audience are mostly either communists, or 20, neither of which are big on spending.

     @wezm it might. But it’s a *lot* of work, and it’s still illegal to print things outside of .au for sale, so that cost will also be huge.
