     Don't put it to a plebiscite or anything.

     They never ever ask if money should be wasted on contracts like that. They just do it and tell you to eat your dissatisfaction.

     @Djeep He says "when those vaccines were created by the American taxpayer" but forgot to include that the viruses were created by the taxpayers too! How about we don't do these bioweapon experiments to begin with???
