   So, even by default the app will not thread it. It only happens if the text length is greater than your instance max chars.

     @apps I voted with the second one. I think, it should be disabled. I use my Friendica account with Fedilab, and the instance I'm on, allows to write up to 200K characters. I don't want it to be written as a thread by a bug. But the feature should be added.
