   @ptrc reading the issue this is a problem of whoever updated ffmpeg without understanding what the swrescale patch did, and no fault of any soname or anything in ffmpeg. aka a classic alpine issue that i dealt with myself :^)

     @ptrc increasing soname is for ABI breaks and adding new symbols does not break any abi
