   OMG if this is true, it's HUGE!!!

   HOWEVER, the price of treatment is in-freakin-sane. Normal people can't afford it.

     "[This new treatment] removes the need for a donor. Using CRISPR, it edits the DNA found in a patient’s stem cells to remove the gene that causes the disease."
