   Bill Clinton claims that Republicans in congress who question unlimited Ukraine funding are doing so as repayment to Vladimir Putin.

   Bill Clinton: “There is a core in our congress that seems determined to do whatever Vladimir Putin wants because he worked so hard to help them get the White House in 2016."

   He also downplayed the southern border crisis, stating that Republicans demanding border security “feeds into their narrative that this is a big, terrible problem."
