     @WhiteBoyRooster yes, the assumption is baked into the cake that whites are discriminated against. This is the bargain that the boomers accepted.
     
     So the discriminating against asians is important because it shows that the point isn't uplift, it's punishment.
     
     This then also will make people angry because it will mean the discrimination they suffered was not done in good faith.

     I walked away with the notion that this was to show Asians were being targeted by these policies not Whites.
