   December 10th is the birthday of an ex whom I spent 13 yrs of my life with. He committed suicide the day before my Dad died, this past June. I am lighting memorial candles for him today. I am unable to describe my feelings at this moment.

   I don't need any advice and am not in a bad spot. Just taking time to remember someone whom I loved.

     Incense blessings sent up to my deceased ex partner. He was an incredibly intelligent, undiagnosed, neurodiverse, bipolar person, who never received the support he needed to survive well in this harsh society.

     Depression took its final toll on his life. I'm sad that he died, feeling so alone, helpless & desperate. I didn't know he'd moved back & isolated.

     I hope government funds mental health services because so many people need access to help & can't obtain it in time to save their lives.
