Anyone know where I can find some good information on burr geometry? Videos or articles or whatever? I’d like to learn a little more on how different types of burrs and burr geometry affect the coffee. I know the basics like different burrs create different particle size distribution and how that affects the flow and extraction, but I want a deep dive on different geometries and how manufacturers come up with their burrs.
