I think, if I could find people on Mastodon that I’d really enjoy hearing from the most, is this group: people who contribute regularly to open source that have children under 12. Like, I want to know how they’re doing it. Would love to follow those people.

Evan Prodromou (evan@cosocial.ca)'s status on Sunday, 10-Dec-2023 06:07:11 JST Evan Prodromou @exador23 @iamtherockstar I have. I will also say, I did not always do a great job balancing those roles. I missed a lot of important recitals and school plays going to distant places to talk about Open Source software and open standards. As they have gotten older, I try to take every opportunity I can to be with them, even if that means my outstanding PR queue doesn't get serviced as well as it should.
