Automate the boardroom before the factory floor.

Ignore the fact we could replace most executives with a d20 dice. Even the best ones could be automated easier than building complex robots and software to replace jobs that are inexpensive.

Or your class in DnD will forever be "traitor".

@ekis artificial idiocy is clearly already up to the task of running a corporate board...

@piratero Oh, the one where they put 150 million into a contract and immediately lost it because they had no idea what they were doing?

@ekis the DAO - the digitally autonomous organization. Please google it.

There’s much more automate-able than executives.

@piratero That is a bit beyond our technological ability

Since we don't have the robotics required

And unfortunately, all technological capital is being invested in pushing forward novel technology because it might turn into something one day, because that is better for manipulating stock value, or robotics explicitly for war

What would need to be done, is building a way to interface with the legal system, so the entire corporate infrastructure at a management level could be automated

@ekis the automation of every corporate function. A corporation with no people.

The first time they tried it, all we ended up with was Etherium bitcoin. But the code exists and others have picked up the effort.

I don’t know where it stands today.

@piratero Additionally I'm not working towards a world were software runs the world and a few profit

The way to avoid this outcome is by creating administrative automation software that can interface with phones, emails, the legal system, etc.

We want first to create systems so workers can fully own and profit from their work, instead of feeding money to the richest people and further separating us not just by class by technological advancements

@piratero We would first need to invent AI, because that doesn't exist

You have to design with the current state of the world, not what you imagine will happen

These people are just scammers trying to raise the price of stock by overselling the ability of open-source technology they didn't even make

Their contributions are quite literally just stealing peoples copyrighted material and putting it into a private database

And that doesn't lead to AI, it might lead to something that tricks you

@ekis the move is to remove people completely from the economy because they aren’t nearly as productive as robots or Ai.

What you describe is the 1980s to early 1990s technology. That time has passed.

What’s required is a new economic system that benefits everyone with zero downfall. Capitalism for robots, but not people. There is no stopping it. The wealth these devices will produce will elevate everyone. Not just here but as humanity moves into the galaxy.
