     @dave My cousin is a Dr of Electrical Engineering & Robotics, and award winning professor at his university. We got into an argument about this exact thing. I literally had to explain to him, WITH PROPS, how the moon rotates around the earth.

     @dave Also, technically he is correct. You cannot have a FULL moon, in the MIDDLE of the day. Because in order to view 100% reflection of the surface, the position of the moon must be at the Antipodal point to the sun. I guess maybe it is possible at very high altitudes during summer. I don't know. and I don't really care enough to find out.

     @ned @dave It's not a full moon, and probably not the middle of the day. You can see that it's not fully round.
