   HAPPENING NOW: #Trump's lawyer is arguing to #Colorado Supreme Court that the #14thAmendment's 'insurrection clause' doesn't apply to the presidency.

   He also says, in an aside, that the emoluments clause doesn't apply, noting that George Washington accepted a gift from France.

     There was AN ARSENAL OF GUNS BROUGHT TO NORTHERN VIRGINIA AT THE DIRECTION OF A MAN CONVICTED OF SEDITION BUT THEY DIDNT MAKE IT INTO THE CAPITOL SO THERE'S THAT I GUESS.

     Gessler says because rioters used bike racks and flag poles it doesnt make it in insurrection.
