If there is one thing Therapy taught me its how to cut through my own bullshit with frightening efficiency I can get to the roots of issues in a frightening amount of time these days.

She made my depression worse. I worked on my own anxiety and depression and am so much better for it. I'm glad you are also.

Lambshank :blobcatAlien: (wasabi@raru.re)'s status on Thursday, 07-Dec-2023 06:19:30 JST Lambshank :blobcatAlien: @Rasp This is literally why I felt the need to stop going to therapy. It's just related to my personal case, but apart from all the medical treatment I got prescribed, my friends were doing a way better job at helping me find solutions for problems, my therapist could mostly just pinpoint them without actually having any concrete solutions, which is not necessarily his fault since he surely had too many patients and too little time each session to actually dig deeper into my case, but yeah, in the end it all comes down to what we're capable of doing to help ourselves.
But therapy is good, as you said.
