Certain types of sea urchins will pick up a shell with their tube feet and ‘wear’ it, with a behavior known as “covering reaction”, mainly because they shy away from light.
So aquarium enthusiasts 3D-printed tiny hats and they actually wear them.
This isn't photoshop... it's real sea urchins wearing hats.

1. Four images. Each image shows a sea urchin. The urchins appear to be primarily white, like a ball with soft needles sticking out all over it. The urchins are on rocks, inside aquarium tanks. The lighting on them has some blue tint to it. Upon each urchin is a tiny hat. One of them wears a white stetson hat. A second wears a black top hat. The third wears a viking helmet, complete with anachronistic horns. The last photo has two urchins, both wearing gaucho hats.
