     Pass a law saying we don't have to pay interest, and pass another law saying that the government is immune from suit respecting any payments due to any party and that no court has juridiction to hear any such cause. Simple as.

     Standard npc talking point... "Park" so they can make "interest." If it's just "money" coming in, we could just print it. There's no practical difference to us if it's just being parked, except we don't have to pay interest.

     I agree with you. But what chance do you think you have of convincing all the politicians in the west to stop paying precisely the people that give them money, status, hookers, blow, Haitian infants, freedom from prosecution, etc.?
