     @evan Um... I'm really surprised about this result. Some of the worst wars in U.N. history have started since he took office. Ethiopia, Burma, Ukraine, Gaza. Isn't the U.N.'s whole point to prevent wars?

     I don't think it's necessarily his personal fault, but he doesn't seem to be very helpful either. (What would be helpful? For example, trying to expel Russia from the Security Council.)
