   Arrived exhausted in Bangkok b/c I chatted the whole way with my seat companions. 1 was a banknote consultant on his way to a conference in Sri Lanka, one was a young Muslim bloke from Leicester who was taking his family to Mecca, and whose wife kept us well-fed on home-cooked spicy veg samosa baps from a seemingly inexhaustible supply. Had a fabulous 2 hr massage and now a cold beer as a restorative before deciding from the myriad street food options in Ratchetewi, my old neighbourhood.

     A whole crab cooked in yellow curry with chilli, onion and herbs. Plus rice and a large beer. Couldn't Couldn't finish it all. £11 all in. Good night!
