   @pancake Slides should just be guideposts for a live talk. The 90% comes out of your mouth. But if you're planning on sharing the slides after the talk, put your 90% in the Notes. Then those that didn't get to see the talk (live or recorded) can still get the most out of it.

     The hardest part for me when doing slides is to simplify all the concepts into something humans can process and then I feel like i’m missing like 90% of all the stuff I want to share. Can’t find a balance
