Good news out of Texas:

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Texas' appeal in the border buoy lawsuit for the buoys in the Rio Grande in Eagle Pass. The COA affirms the lower courts ruling.

"This means that unless Texas successfully gets the Supreme Court to step in, Gov Abbott will have to take the buoy barrier out of the Rio Grande."
