Sad To Hear It.
Strange bedfellows, may just be a solution in these strange and troubled times. He must have been the epitome of an outsider, for I cannot remember ever reading or hearing of another, being ejected from the congress. This sounds like a template of the people who, we should be admitting to our political ranks. Perhaps. The GOP republicans, in congress are morons and are perhaps, suicidal saboteurs.

@Marshall Sutherland (Posting with Hubzilla) yes, I could see this sort of thing happening in that time period. Again, he must have been a unique outsider to deserve this sort of disdain, even from his fellow republicans in name only. I see no reason why these political oddballs can't be encouraged to overturn the complacent system. Sadly he didn't have much of a record to run on and perhaps he should have made some friends if that were indeed, possible. My main concern, since I did support his party this time around, is they have, through perhaps, more virtue signalling, just eliminated a potential vote for all and any of their causes.
