   #Duolingo as an app, is really fucking lazy. It's not hard to see if I've done a lesson or used my chests, so why are you spamming me with notifications about something I've already done? Whoever tells app developers that more is better is a shit head. I want intelligent notifications. At least if you want me back in the app, give me a real reason. Ugh!

     @sabret00the Sending notifications to an app that is not running is actually pretty hard. There are usually delays.

     Still it annoys me to get the Duolingo notification to open the 18-24 h chest … that I already used an hour ago
