Robert De Niro claims his acceptance speech for an award for Killers of the Flower Moon which was funded by Apple, was censored by Apple.
His speech criticized Donald Trump and an Apple employee removed that section from the teleprompter. De Niro had the speech on his phone and so read it off of there instead.
At end of his speech instead of thanking Apple, De Niro said “But I don’t feel like thanking them at all for what they did. How dare they do that, actually.”
