@vaeleery@neovibe.app They have literally nothing against unions, if we wanted to unionise tomorrow, we could, no problems, they'd feel like they've failed us tho, and immediately give us what we need :kekw:

vaeleery (vaeleery@neovibe.app)'s status on Wednesday, 29-Nov-2023 20:22:01 JST vaeleery @cody unions are always necessary, your job would be even better still with one and it (mostly) balances the power between the self interests of workers and the self interest of the owners. When push comes to shove the owners will throw you in the meat grinder for another 37 cents in profit if workers don't have collective power to resist. If you like how things are now, unionize and ensure they stay that way.

If there is a problem for someone, you fix it, no need to negociate.

They moved my presentation to January 2nd, and I can assist to the client meetings from my phone, and take the rest of the day off... I am literally so happy rn...
