   @RehnSturm256 According to the JewTube post, some Claude stans even Cope by claiming that Claude suffered an Arundel/Tomas/Cornelia-style replacement which makes ZERO sense. Of course, I also saw some faggots on GameFAQs try to justify Claude's actions, by saying that the Kingdom and the Church are racist - because declaring war in the name of anti-racism totally isn't crazy and psychopathic.
   
   Very interesting aside - Claude is actually the ONLY Lord that can be killed in Three Hopes (in fact, I just did it today on the Edelgard route), which does somewhat strengthen the whole Villain Protagonist theory. The way Claude treats his old friends when they fight him also says a lot about his character:

   Ironically, only while talking to Lorenz does Claude still come across as a decent person.

     Fire Emblem Musou is only going to be a Fire Emblem game in name and genre conventions. It is, from what I hear, a perfectly serviceable action game with unfortunate endless ridiculous grind if you want to play it to mastery, but if you are shopping for a "Fire Emblem game", that definition has to be stretched to "medieval anime girls and mans swordfighting and dating"

     @ferrarilegends @RehnSturm256 Three Houses is an actual Fire Emblem turn-based strategy game, Three Hopes is a Warriors spin-off. Three Hopes still works as a standalone game, but in terms of gameplay it's not at all a traditional FE game.

     Yeah Hyrule Warriors was the same in implementing Zelda style mechanics like dogshit terrible boss fights that is just you staring at them until their weakpoint reveals and then you use the dungeon item.

     @DrRyanSkelton @ferrarilegends @RehnSturm256 In terms of writing and characterization Three Hopes is actually very faithful to Three Houses, and it does implement a lot of its mechanics (Permadeath if you enable it, Abilities, RNG-based level up stat gains, Classes, Supports etc), but in terms of actual gameplay it will always be a Warriors game first.
