     @rebeccawatson uuurgh. Although having searched my way to the writer, I am in no way surprised.

     But beyond this individual arsehole and his "funny" opinions, the degree to which it's normalised to demean thots and e-girls (who are both, like, fine and cool?) and then extend the assumption that literally any visibly femme person working in online media culture falls into those categories is really fucking worrying actually.
