It was a long journey, with the usual amount of peril involved.

Infants wailing, delays, turbulence, exotic microbes, uncomfortable seats and of course the rare potential of an unexpected black hole.

But finally we docked at the orbital ring. I waited in the passenger quarantine zone until the scans completed then shambled through customs.

As I exited the Arrival Area, I found myself joyously embraced by all three sets of my fiancé's limbs.
