Minecraft somehow runs natively on Wayland? It crashes when doing many things though (example: loading a world/joining a server in fullscreen)

@astenix dependencies I try Wayland about once a year and give it the royal :blobcatthumbsdown:
People seem to think it's ready for the big leagues but i think this is a mistake :blobcathuh:

@astenix it doesn't help that wayland replaced one functional (?) xorg cathedral with a bazaar of garbage. and most of the garbage is written on wlroots, which doesn't believe in stability so actually every compositor is using a random version of wlroots at any given moment :blobcattableflip:

@icedquinn Wayland is pretty good.... as long as you use GNOME or a tiling WM like sway
KDE (which I'm using right now) has decent Wayland support, but there are issues
