     @m @MnemosyneSinger it is, but you need more than 2% of the mixture to be sugar. Nobody can dump in that much sugar unnoticed

     @m @MnemosyneSinger a really big concrete truck can hold 14 cubic yards / 17 tons of Portland cement if these calculators are right, so now we're talking about several hundred pounds of sugar for one truck
