     It's supposed to be a school. Budgets should be minimal.

     There's always the model used by #mlb of having the...minors.

     There's no reason for the #nba and #nfl not to have minor league teams.

     My two cents.

     @bjbroderick 100% agree. Just field minor league teams. Nobody would show up for that either. But the tax payers won't foot the bill.

     The universities can't directly pay out NIL. It has to come from outside the program.
