     @blueknightfrank retroarch is kinda an autistic all in one emulator solution so you have to learn a bit to make it work but it has a lot of functionality in unifying all your emus. If you are a total newbie a dedicated emulator like Duckstation will probably be easier.
     
     Finding CHDs or ISOs of PSX games shouldn't be too hard. On my phone so I cannot access my stash of links
