     Ah, mandates. Didn't understand what DEI was violated, but the principal is awesome.

     He clearly views his staff as livestock. To be culled. Inclusiveness through exclusion. Makes nothing but sense!

     It eliminates those that have earned a seat at the table and replaces them with someone who has done nothing. No merit involved.
     You end up with Shit in, more shit coming out.
     Same with student selection.

     So what is your final product coming out of Universities?

     Students excepted by DEI instead of grade point and test.
     Taught by Professors chosen the same way.
     You get what we have today.
     You can see them on the news.

     I grew up surrounded by racial tension. I also was taught to just, ya know, be civil.

     Let's start there. Not even nice, considerate, polite or courteous.

     Referring to your employees as cattle is, as they say, problematic.
