     Not sure how reliable Reuters is, but they're claiming the migrants Russia is sending are from Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Syria.

     Wondering if a new Simo Häyhä will appear?

     Of course, because I don't understand the machinery of politics, I'm left wondering why Meloni appeared to be parroting the Russian narrative.

     Also, need to question the source. Independent UK...what is the lens they look through and how reliable are they?

     I don't think is that simple. Snipers still have to account for distance, elevation, windage... their goal is to kill, not to get a fantastic head shot a la Hollywood movie style. Center mass gives certainty that the enemy will be eliminated.

     Not to mention that sometimes you need to learn about the habits of your target to be able to catch him unawares say when he's unwinding, feeding his stray dog, during his repast, intercourse, and what have you.
