there are also apps to evaluate the data better. no idea if this one is good but the website screams physics dude who doesnt want to waste his time on web design so i would trust his 3.5€ app https://www.rdklein.de/html/radioactivity.html
there might be also an app tested with your phone model -

If you want to see hot pixels on a modern phone, you'll need radiation levels that'll kill you in an hour.
