     Okay I have another 80s movie from childhood that I cant remember/find. Dude has a bad run in with criminals and starts to fight crime. He has like a wolverine like blades on his fist and a is wearing a motorcycle helmet. One encounter goes terrible and his wrist gets sliced open he has to perform his own surgery putting tubes in to replace his veins. I was so squeamish as a child on this scene I could not finish the movie. I even tried on two separate occasions because of the vhs cover pic.
