i'm working on a piece but struggling a bit to corral the structure. let me ask you this. do you know someone who has ever fallen for a scam? (it can just be yourself.) what was that person seeking, do you think, and how did they feel afterward?

this isn't FOR the piece or any audience; it's just something to help me think about the topic. and also something i'm curious about, with no judgment toward the people who were scammed.
