     @MicroSFF sounds good, is not: the atrocities records of monsters are such that Man is entitled to get rid of them. Unless, when you find an alligator in your pool, you wait he attacks before counter-attacking him; sorry, you'll have been eaten before.
     Reminds me of legitimate defence in French tribunals: if you kill an aggressive armed burglar before he kills you, you're condemned, if he kills you before, well, you would have been in legitimate defence. Sorry not to agree with these Pharisees.
