   Anybody got a source for this old truism being something Lenin ever said or wrote?

   Been looking around & it's looking more & more like another made up quote..

     Best I could come up with is this speech by Stalin comparing Lenin’s frustrations with the Menshevik opposition to his own frustrations with the Trotskyist opposition who he accused of being a "handful of intellectuals divorced from life" making "false declarations" to "deceive" & "split" the Party. Nothing about "leading" the opposition, but he does threaten to send the Trotskyists "flying out of the Party", which is fun.

     @GelatinousRube @WakWak He was known for his malapropisms as well as pithy and paradoxical statements, such as "It ain't over 'til it's over", while speaking to reporters.

     @SAUNDERS Yeah, that's the thing. It gets posted all over the place, but nobody has a source for where it came from
