   Why is Biden YELLING at the wreath-laying ceremony?

   He should sound humble and reverent, not angry.

   IMO it's because he a SOCIOPATH and doesn't know what genuine human emotion feels like.

     Dementia is Biden's Get Out Of Jail Free card. No matter what happens, his attorneys will claim he is not lucid enough to understand any charges brought against him or his family. At that point everyone will finally realize that this brain dead man was running our Country or at least being a figurehead.

     @gerrybrabant He sounds like a typical dementia patient as his brain fries in real time. They cannot control their tempers when they reach a certain stage. It's pretty universal.
